The criminal law of the Imperium: 48 articles across its chapters, each with its definition, examples and grade. A criminal case before the Ministry must name the article it stands on.

Chapter 1.1

§ 1.1.2. Disrespect of a Lawful OfficerMinor

​ 1.1.2 is defined as communicating genuine disdain for a member(s) of an Authority law enforcing body regardless of personal history with the law officer(s).​

§ 1.1.5. Command MisconductMinor

​ 1.1.5 is defined as an abuse of position and/or power in the Imperium to cause disruption inside the Imperium. ​

§ 1.1.6. ImpersonationMinor

​ 1.1.6 is defined as imitating a person, faction, team or division via the usage of uniform, media, false information, outdated information or stating sincerely they are a part of a group/they are that person. All done in the means of deception for benefit and/or to cause nuisance. ​

§ 1.1.7. Interfering with lawful officersMinor

​ 1.1.7 is defined as interfering with an officer performing their lawful duties on any platform in the idea that they become negatively affected in some way as they serve their role in the Imperium. ​

​ Using the killzones of a protected individual as a way of killing people via leading others ignorant to the killzone into it.​

§ 1.1.9. TreasonMinor

​ 1.1.9 is defined as an action which goes against the established Authority Triad. 1.1.9-1 | Plotting​ 1.1.9-1 Is defined as an individual(s) who has been creating plans/motions in secrecy with a group of internal and/or external person(s) whom a majority of wish to go against the Authority Triad.​

§ 1.2.4. Blatantly Defying TrialMinor

​ Defying or disrespecting the Judiciary whilst in a session of court.​

Disrespecting the presiding judge their sentence will increase by one tier.​ Swearing or immature language without reasoning behind it, will increase their sentence by one tier.​ Attempting to escape the courtroom will increase their sentence by one tier.

§ 1.2.5. DefamationMinor

​ Using false information or false reasoning as a grounds to attack an individual or an organisation inside the Imperium.​

​ Intentionally inflicting enough physical harm on another individual for them to die in an experience under the Octavium group or at the start or end of a battle Octavium has participated in. ​

§ 2.1.4. ManslaughterMajor

​ Unintentionally killing inflicts enough physical harm on another individual for them to die in an experience under the Octavium group or at the start or end of a battle Octavium has participated in. ​

​ Harm against on-duty Lawful Officer(s) in experiences under the Octavium group.​

§ 2.1.6. Criminal Threats against ManMinor

​ Threatening to commit a crime which falls under Crimes Against Man. ​

A single occurrence of this crime is treated as a Minor Offense.​ Multiple occurrences of this crime are treated as a Moderate Offense.

§ 2.1.7. Bounty HuntingMinor

​ Using a reward system that gives money to those who enact violence on others in an experience under the Octavium group or at the start or end of a battle Octavium has participated in. ​

§ 2.1.8. KidnappingMajor

​ The transportation of an individual without their consent in an experience under the Octavium group.​

​ Displaying a weapon in a threatening manner towards an individual and/or individuals in an experience under the Octavium group.​

§ 2.2.0. Spawnkilling / SpawncampingMajor

​ The killing of players inside their team’s allocated spawn areas.​

Chapter 3.1

§ 3.1.1. TheftMinor

​ The transportation of another individual’s property without their consent in an experience under the Octavium group.​

All occurrences of this crime are treated as a Moderate Offense.

§ 3.1.2. TrespassingMinor

​ Entering into a private area of an organisation and/or an individual in an experience under the Octavium group.​

All occurrences of this crime are treated as a Minor Offense.

§ 3.1.3. Attempted Damage to PropertyMinor

​ Attempting to destroy gates or doors of an organisation and/or an individual’s property in an experience under the Octavium group.​

All occurrences of this crime are treated as a Minor Offense.

§ 3.1.4. Destruction of PropertyMajor

​ Successfully being able to destroy gates or doors of an organisation and/or an individual’s property in an experience under the Octavium group.​

All occurrences of this crime are treated as a Major Offense.

§ 3.1.5. ExtortionMinor

​ Using threats or going against a person’s property in an experience under the Octavium group to attempt to gain something from them in return. ​

All occurrences of this crime are treated as an Administrative Penalty. SECTION IV — CRIMES AGAINST MORALITY

Chapter 4.1

§ 4.1.1. HarassmentCapital

​ Consistent threats and/or insults against an individual or organisation and/or attempts at following an individual or organisation without their consent in the Octavian sphere of influence.​

A single occurrence of this crime is treated as a Capital Offense.​ -Imperial Judicial Office- 11 Multiple occurrences or a prolonged occurrence(more than 2 days) of this crime are treated as an Administrative penalty.

§ 4.1.2. Disorderly ConductMajor

​ Disrupting the peace and serenity of a formal event in an experience under the Octavium group.​

A single occurrence of this crime is treated as a Moderate Offense.​ Multiple occurrences of this crime are treated as a Major Offense.

§ 4.1.3. Public IndecencyMinor

​ The avatar, pfp, bio of the user being inappropriate and/or sexual in nature on the Roblox and/or Discord platforms, whilst in or outside the Octavian sphere of influence.​

An occurrence of this crime which is seen as morally inappropriate, shocking, and/or inappropriate, is treated as an Administrative penalty.​ An occurrence of this crime where the user attempts to simulate nudity, is treated as an Administrative penalty and reasoning for a game

§ 4.1.4. Indecent ActsMajor

​ An individual(s) committing actions which imitate and/or describe and/or express sexual gestures and/or actions in or outside the Octavian sphere of influence.​

A single occurrence of this crime is treated as an Administrative penalty.​ Multiple occurrences of this crime are treated as an Administrative penalty and is a liquidatable offense.​ ​ ​

§ 4.1.5. Religious or Racial DiscriminationMajor

​ Insulting or harassing an individual or individuals based on their religion, race, ethnicity, or other characteristics aligning with those ideas in the Octavian sphere of influence.​

Any occurrence of this crime is treated as an Administrative penalty and is a liquidatable offense. SECTION V — INCHOATE CRIMES

Chapter 5.1

§ 5.1.1. ConspiracyMajor

​ Planning a crime which is under one of the sections; II, III, IV, V of this code. ​

Planning to commit a single crime is treated as a Moderate Offense.​ Planning to commit multiple crimes is treated as a Major Offense.​ Multiple occurrences of Conspiracy is treated as a Major Offense.

§ 5.1.2. SolicitationMinor

​ The encouragement for another individual to commit a crime in the Octavian sphere of influence.​

A single occurrence of this crime is treated as a Minor Offense.​ Multiple occurrences of this crime are treated as a Moderate Offense. -Imperial Judicial Office- 12

§ 5.1.3. Aiding & AbettingMajor

​ Knowingly aid another individual to commit a crime or escape punishment for a crime they have committed through illegal means in the Octavian sphere of influence.​

Aiding them to escape a single crime is treated as a Moderate Offense.​ Aiding them to escape multiple crimes is treated as a Major Offense.​ A single occurrence of one individual aiding another individual to commit a crime or escape punishment is treated as a Moderate Offense.

Chapter 6.1

§ 6.1.1. Glitch AbuseMinor

​ Using Game bugs in an experience under the Octavium group to give yourself or others an unfair advantage or to attempt to ruin the atmosphere for others. ​

Any occurrence of this crime is treated as an Administrative penalty and is a liquidatable offense.

§ 6.1.2. Exploiting / CheatingMinor

​ Usage of external hacking software, exploitation, or scripts in an experience under the Octavium group. To undermine the atmosphere for others and/or to give yourself an unfair advantage and/or to damage the experience itself.​

Any occurrence of this crime is treated as an Administrative penalty and is a liquidatable offense.​ ​

§ 6.1.3. Doxxing and/or Real Life ThreatsMinor

​ Revealing the real life personal information of an individual and/or making real life threats towards an individual.​

Any occurrence of this crime is treated as an Administrative penalty and is a liquidatable offense. SECTION VII — Clauses

Chapter 7.1

§ 7.1.1. The Faction Immunity ClauseMinor

​ Whilst on a faction team in an experience under the Octavium group you are immune to almost all regulations stated within the Octavian Penal Code. However, factions can be banned and/or arrested and/or detained for disturbing Octavian trainings, rallies, parades, and inspections. ​ ​

§ 7.1.2. Crime Overlapping ClauseMinor

​ Crimes which overlap each other can both be used to prosecute the wrongdoer unless it is stated otherwise within the Penal Code. -Imperial Judicial Office- 13

§ 7.1.3. Humanity Imperative ClauseMinor

​ Any citizen may request a trial for any charges levied against them.

§ 8.1.4. AppealsMinor

​ 1-Field Punishment - File to the Judicial Ministry of Octavium within 24 hours for an arrest and/or punishment which occurred against you.​ 2-Trial Verdict - File to the Judicial Ministry of Octavium within a month or the allocated appeal time from the presiding judge of your trial for a previous trial’s verdict you became victim to.

§ 8.1.5. Authority of SentencingMinor
